1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SovereignServer.ai™ website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This is an informational website about SovereignServer.ai and The Keep™. It is not the product, and using it does not create a customer, partner or advisory relationship.

Any deployment, subscription, managed service or partner arrangement is governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement controls.

3. Informational content, not an offer

Reference architectures, component lists, sizing profiles, deployment timelines, pricing ranges and performance figures published here are planning guidance for a product under active development. They are indicative, subject to change without notice, and are not an offer, a quotation or a commitment to deliver a particular configuration or outcome.

Component selection, licensing terms and security standards are being finalized with our founding customers and partners, and will change. Confirm current scope, terms and licensing in a written proposal before making a purchasing decision.

Statements about future capability, roadmap or results are forward-looking and depend on factors outside our control. Outcomes described from earlier deployments are specific to those environments and are not a prediction of your results.

4. Permitted use

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own internal business evaluation. You may not:

• Republish, resell or redistribute site content as your own, or present it as the work of another organization.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or use automated means that burden the infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its security without written permission.
• Submit false contact details, another person's details, or spam.
• Use the site in violation of applicable law or export controls.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, diagrams and images are owned by SovereignServer.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. SovereignServer.ai™ and The Keep™ are trademarks of SovereignServer.ai. Third-party names, marks and logos on this site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only; their appearance is not a claim of endorsement or affiliation unless stated.

Open-source components referenced on this site are licensed by their authors under their own terms. Nothing here grants you rights to them, and the license summaries published on this site are planning guidance only — confirm current license terms with the upstream project.

6. What you send us

Do not send confidential information through this site. Ideas, feedback and suggestions you send us are non-confidential, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use them without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, and you confirm you are entitled to provide them.

Personal information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party links and services

This site links to sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold SovereignServer.ai harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site in breach of these terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes
