Privacy Policy
Effective 6 August 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how SovereignServer.ai™ (“SovereignServer”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website and the information requests submitted from it.
It does not govern data held inside a deployed Keep™. A Keep is customer-controlled infrastructure: the customer is the controller of the data in it, and the applicable deployment or managed-services agreement governs our access, if any.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — first name, last name and email address submitted through the information-request form.
- Correspondence — the content of emails and messages you send us, including anything you choose to include in them.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, recorded in standard server logs by our hosting provider.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 6.
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive categories of personal information such as government identifiers, health information or financial account numbers.
3. How we use it
- To send the information about The Keep™ that you requested.
- To respond to your questions and to follow up about a possible deployment, partnership or pilot.
- To send occasional related updates, where permitted. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
- To operate, secure and improve this website, including diagnosing faults and preventing abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Legal bases
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent, for marketing email where consent is required; our legitimate interests, in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our instructions, under contract, and only as needed to run our business:
- Customer-relationship and marketing-automation platforms.
- Email delivery providers.
- Website hosting, content delivery and security providers.
- Professional advisers, where reasonably required.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety and property of SovereignServer or others. If our business is transferred, information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.
6. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to serve and secure the pages. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on it. If we introduce analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent first. Your browser can block or delete cookies; the site remains usable if you do.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact details for as long as needed for the purposes described here — ordinarily while a business relationship or active interest continues, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the limited information this website collects, including encryption in transit and access controls on the systems that store it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have equivalent rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@sovereignserver.ai. We will verify your request — ordinarily by confirming control of the email address on file — and respond within the period the applicable law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authority.
To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message or email us directly. We may still send transactional messages about an active engagement.
10. International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information there and in other countries. Where personal information is transferred out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
11. Children
This website is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Other sites
This site links to third-party websites and references open-source and commercial software we do not operate. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
13. Changes
We may update this policy as the business and the product develop. The effective date above shows the current version. Material changes will be signalled on this page.
14. Contact
Questions, requests or complaints: info@sovereignserver.ai. Our postal address is [MAILING ADDRESS]. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
This policy describes current practice for a pre-launch marketing site. Review it with counsel before relying on it, and update it when analytics, advertising, chat or additional data collection are added to the site.
